Circuit Board Modifications & Harnesses

These mods were only available from Speartech for a short time. Several others in the community made harnesses for a while, but they, too, have disappeared from the scene. During that period, you had to do your own circuit board modifications. There is now a single source available for a turnkey installation package. Gary Meier can do it all for you. Email him at gmparts@nycap.rr.com or gmeier1@nycap.rr.com Whether you have a 94-96 Camaro cluster, or not, he can put together a package for you, to include: used cluster with circuit board modifications, new clear bezel, wiring harness.

Additional Cluster Mod & Mounting Brackets

The 4 OEM mounting tabs have to be removed from the cluster. Best done with a Dremel tool. Metal mounting brackets have to be made and attached to the edge of the face of the cluster with small screws. The brackets should be shaped like this: I__ with holes drilled in the vertical sections. 4 are required.
